Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize their services.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that for regularization of services of daily rated/work charge workers, policy Annexure R-3 has been framed. Petitioners have not individually approached the respondents for consideration of their cases for regularization of their services in terms of Annexure R-3. Learned counsel has further submitted that as and when exigency arises, seasonal workers including the petitioners would be called by the respondents as per their seniority.
