H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a revision petition against order dated 5.6.2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram, framing charge against the petitioners. Instead of approaching the Court of Sessions, by way of filing revision petition, the petitioners have come to this Court straightway.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions seeking the similar relief.
