(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the main FIR No. 26 dated 14.04.2018 registered under Sections 498-A, 406 and 354-A IPC at Police Station City Banga, has already been quashed. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
