The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of complaint bearing No.COMA/268 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure P-2) and the impugned order dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-3).

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
