**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.17 dated 11.03.2014 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B registered at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana District Ludhiana (Punjab).
Reply dated 27.11.2019 by way of affidavit of Sameer Verma, PPS Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Ludhiana, on behalf of respondent No.1-State is already on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.
Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner stands acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 22.08.2024.
In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
