By way of filing this petition, the petitioners mainly seek issuance of writ in the nature of Prohibition restraining respondents No.2 & 3 not to reinstate respondent No.6-Anil Kumar, who was suspended as 'Sarpanch', during the course of pendency of regular inquiry against him. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate representation before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa in this regard. In case any representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be looked into by the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa in accordance with law and a decision thereupon shall be taken expeditiously.
