AT CHANDIGARH C.W.P. No.

***

1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) As per the prayer made in the writ petition, the case of the petitioners is covered by the various judgments both of this Court and of the Supreme Court.

Learned counsel states that in this regard the petitioners have moved a Legal Notice dated 01.06.2013 (Annexure P-11) and that they would be satisfied at this stage if in the first instance a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to decide the same by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time.

I find this to be a fair request.

Without commenting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the said legal notice by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
