(ORAL) By this common order, all the above noted three petitions are being disposed of as they all arise out of the same FIR, and petitioners in these three petitions are accused in the same FIR. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Manjeet Singh, has submitted that all the petitioners in the three petition have joined investigation, cooperated and not required for further custodial interrogation, at this stage. In view thereof, interim protection granted to the petitioners vide order dated 31.5.2019, is made absolute. Accordingly, all the three petitions are allowed. A copy of the order be placed on the file of each connected case.
