Respondent No. 2 is an accused in a cross case registered in FIR No. 255 of 9.9.2017, registered at Police Station Samrala, whereins offences constituted under Sections 323, 324, 341, 34 of the IPC, are embodied.

It is stated, at the bar, by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petition DDR, and, the petition FIR, both have progressed upto the stage of recording of prosecution evidence. He prays for a direction, being made, upon the learned trial Judge concerned, to rather upon the both, hence expeditiously conclude the trial, in accordance with law. 3.

The above prayer is accepted. The learned trial Magistrate concerned, is directed to, within three months from today, conclude the trial, as arises from the petition FIR, and, the petition DDR. 4.

However, the further prayer made in the petition for a direction, being made to the learned trial Judge concerned, to make a direction, upon GURPREET SINGH 2022.07.20 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M No. 30906 of 2022 -2respondent No. 2 to regularly make his appearances, before him, cannot be accepted, as it would bar respondent No. 2 to make applications before the learned trial Judge concerned, for seeking his exemption from his personal appearance, before him.
