State of Punjab and others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.GS Sandhu,Advocate for the petitioner Mr.Yatinder Sharma,Addl.AG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Divisional Canal Officer, Abohar Canal Division,Abohar is sitting over their application for change of outlet from Muktsar Minor No.11137/L to new outlet No.R.D9187/L for irrigating the land situated in village Thandewala, Tehsil and District Sri Muktsar Sahib. This Court on the previous date had requested Mr.Yatinder Sharma,Addl.AG Punjab to seek necessary instructions. At the time of hearing today, learned State counsel on instructions from Mr.Manish Arora, Ziledar Section, Muktsar states that the necessary decision on the application for change of outlet shall be taken by the Divisional Canal Officer concerned within two months from today.
