"#  $ On the directions of this Court dated 31.03.2016, lady HC Maya Devi from Police Station Safidon has produced the alleged detenue Manisha under escort of ASI Ramesh Chander, Police Station Safidon, District Jind (Haryana). The girl has shown her date of birth as 01.01.1998 and has submitted that she has voluntarily, without any coercion or pressure, has undergone marriage with respondent No.4 Kuldip Singh and from the house of said respondent she has come today to the Court and that she wants to return back to him only. Keeping in view this stand of the girl and that nothing survives in this petition, the same stands dismissed. However, if aggrieved by any question of custody, as learned counsel for the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2016.04.12 17:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    petitioner states that the girl is a minor, it is open to the petitioner to move the jurisdiction of appropriate Court under the Guardians and Wards Act.
