(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to grant regular timings to the petitioner in the joint time table for the operation of her valid route permit on the route Sherpur to Sangrur and Malerkotla to Sherpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted her application in view of New Transport Scheme dated 22.12.2017 along with necessary fee for grant of stage carriage permit for operation of his vehicles. Thereafter the competent authority issued two permits (Annexures P-2 and P-3 attached herewith). The respondent

-2No.3 also issued provisional time table to the petitioner which was valid till 16.09.2021 and thereafter the time table was not extended further. The respondent No.3 is competent to issue regular time table. Thereafter neither the provisional time table was extended nor was regular time table issued by the respondent No.3. For the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, she got issued a legal notice dated 23.03.2022 as her buses could not be operated and ultimately filed CWP No.7642 of 2022, which was disposed of on the statement given by the respondent-State that the meeting regarding finalization of the time table had been finalized. The writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach again in case her grievance is not redressed.

Owing to the in action on behalf of the respondent, the petitioner even filed a review application for revival of the writ petition in which vide order dated 17.05.2023 the petitioner was given liberty to file an appropriate writ for redressal of her grievances. That is how the present writ petition has been filed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her legal notice dated 23.03.2022 is directed to be considered and decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the legal notice of the petitioner dated 23.03.2022 shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
