Reply by way of counter affidavit of Arashdeep Singh Thind, District Magistrate, Sangrur, has been filed. Same is taken on record.

As per said report, no bounded labour person was found at the brick kiln, at the time of spot inspection. The persons were working at the brick kiln with their free will. In view of report, no further action is required to be taken. Otherwise also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Disposed of accordingly.
