(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.157 dated 08.05.2022 registered under Sections 420, 409, 436 IPC at Police Station City Faridkot.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of order dated 15.07.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. In view of above, order dated 15.07.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
