(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.150 dated 28.08.2017, under Sections 420, 406 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dina Nagar, District Gurdaspur.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 08.03.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 24.04.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
