(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.141 dated 20.12.2017, under Section 21 of The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NDPS Act'), registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 09.03.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 30.03.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
