Learned State counsel has referred to same and submits that son of the petitioner has been arrested pursuant to FIR No. 53 dated 05.04.2016 registered at police station City South Moga, District Moga. According to her, he is in judicial custody at present.

In view of aforesaid statement, present petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
