Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.43 dated 23.05.2022 registered under Section 22(b) of NDPS Act, at Police Station Bariwala, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 3 months and 17 days and involved in three more cases under the NDPS Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
