Mr. Randhir Singh, Advocate for State of Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.09.2014 (P-5). On notice of the writ petition, a written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 1 and 2 taking a stand that petitioners are entitled only for difference of grade pay i.e Rs.2800/- in place of Rs.1900/-, as the petitioners were working in the pay scale of Rs.3050-4590 before 6th pay commission. The pay scale of those employees (Sub Inspector Audit) were revised in the pay Band PB-I Rs.5200-20200+1900 Grade Pay. This pay scale was modified in the pay Band PB-I Rs.5200-20200+2800 Grade Pay by the Finance Department vide order dated 06.08.2012. Accordingly, their pay was fixed at Rs.

8480/- in consonance with instructions of FD as mentioned above. With regard to demand for initial pay of Rs.11170/-, it has been clarified that only the persons getting the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.4500-7000 are entitled for Rs.11170/-. But the petitioners were drawing the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.3050-4590/-.

CWP No. 10410-2015 After going through the reply filed by the State, the claim of the petitioners had rightly been rejected. Further no replication has been filed by the petitioners till date. The petitioners are bound by the letter dated 06.08.2012.
