**** KIRTI SINGH , J. (Oral) Despite being called twice, neither the petitioner nor anyone on his behalf is present. The same situation prevailed on the previous date of hearing as well.

It is noted that vide the previous order of this Court dated 07.05.2025, it was made clear that in case of non-representation on behalf of the petitioner, the interim relief granted would be vacated. Despite the same, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not inclined to actively pursue the present petition.
