This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 08.11.2023 passed in CWP-22271-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that the plot is ready for handing over possession however the petitioner has to apply online on the HSVP portal. Once the needful is done, the possession of the plot would be handed over to the petitioner. It has further been stated that the balance unutilized land which is currently lying vacant would also be handed over to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents has supplied a copy of the e-mail in this regard received by him from the Estate Officer, HSVP, Panchkula, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to get the present contempt petition revived or to avail his remedies as available in law.
