In the light of the contention of the counsel for the State, in pursuance of illegal act of Dev Raj, father of petitioner Jaspreet Kaur, he was formally arrested in case FIR No. 17 dated 26.2.2016 under sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station City Sunam and was produced before the concerned Magistrate on 6.4.2016 and thereafter has been sent to judicial lock up.
