None for the petitioner Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana, for the respondent Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Jagjit Singh, Inspector General of Prisons, Haryana which is taken on record.

In the light of this affidavit and the contentions of learned State counsel that the case of the petitioner for premature release has already been prepared in the office of Director General of Prisons, Haryana, for being placed before the State Level Committee and necessary action would be completed within a period of one month from today.
