This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 05.04.2024 passed in CWP-7733-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that the plot is ready for handing over possession however the petitioners have to apply online on the HSVP portal. Once the needful is done, the possession of the plot would be handed over to the petitioners. It has further been stated that balance unutilized land which is currently lying vacant would also be handed over to the petitioners.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
