This petition has been filed by father of the alleged detenue namely Baljeet Kaur for producing her before this court. According to learned State counsel, daughter of the petitioner has been married to respondent no. 3. An FIR was lodged by petitioner which is under investigation.

In view of above statement, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
