#$ !% Learned State counsel has placed on record report dated 24.04.2016 of Police Station City Jagadhri (Haryana) based on the statements of respectables along with the marriage invitation card, whereby it has been adequately reflected that marriage of Raman son of Raghbir Saini, resident of 259, Kalyan Nagar, Jagadhri is to be solemnized on 28.04.2016 with Monika daughter of Amar Nath Saini, resident of Deo Band, Meerut (UP). It is further reported by the police that the petitioner Amar Singh happens to be the real maternal uncle of the boy and therefore, as per the prevalent customs and rituals his presence at the time of marriage is very much essential.
