(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that keeping in view the reply filed by the respondents-State, wherein 104 punishments awarded to the petitioner have been mentioned in detail, the prayer of the petitioner for challenging the compulsory retirement on the basis of the said punishments be treated as not pressed any further Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner herein above, the present petition stands disposed of having been not pressed any further.
Ordered accordingly.
