Alleged detenue Amandeep Kaur daughter of Nachhatar Singh respondent No.4 has come present along with HC Parveen Kaur from Police Station City Jalalabad under escort of Inspector Jaswant Singh, Police Station City Jalalabad, and has submitted that though she is married with petitioner Ram Kumar but she does not want to live with him and wants to live with her parents and has given her date of birth as 13.10.1992.

    Keeping in view the stand of the alleged detenue and faced with this situation, learned counsel representing the petitioner has made a statement that she wishes to withdraw the present petition, however reserving rights of the petitioner to invoke jurisdiction of the appropriate forum within the framework of law. Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

The alleged detenue Amandeep Kaur is allowed to go as per her wishes. Police is directed to ensure safe custody of the alleged detenue to her parental house.
