       This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of sole arbitrator in terms of clause 56 of the agreement dated 26.12.2017 entered into between the parties.

In view of the detailed order dated 29.07.2022 passed by this Court, necessary declaration as required under Section 12 of the Act was called from Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of this Court and the same has been received and placed before this Court. In these circumstances, Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties.

Application stands disposed of.
