(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel has submits that since the petitioner has been regularized by the department and she has joined her duty on 01.09.2014, so, the present petition has rendered infructuous, which may be dismissed as such.
In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage, as having become infructuous. At the same time, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation, if she seeks any further claim.
