In the light of provisions enshrined in the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, present petition is disposed off with directions to the petitioner to invoke jurisdiction of the appropriate Vigilance Committee of the concerned District, directing further that in case the matter is brought to their notice the concerned Committee shall act speedily without loss of time.
