**** Harpreet Singh Brar, J. (Oral) Present revision petition has been preferred against the judgment dated 26.04.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Ferozepur vide which the judgement of conviction dated 25.11.2016 passed by learned JMIC, Guruharshai was upheld, and the order of sentence was modified to the extent that the petitioner would undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 11⁄2 years along with fine. Further, in default of payment of fine, he was to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one month. 2.
Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today as well. It appears that neither the petitioners nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
