RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the trial Court to complete/conclude the proceedings of petition filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 titled as 'Amandeep Kaur vs Lovepreet Singh and others' in case bearing COMA No.121 of 2020, pending in the Court of JMIC, Amritsar, expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the above-mentioned case expeditiously and preferably within three months from today.
