Learned counsel for the petitioners states that a joint application was filed under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 and Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. However, vide the impugned order dated 15.05.2024 only the application under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 CPC has been dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for clarification. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
