*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel by referring letter dated 14.12.2016 and on instructions from Sh. Jagdev Singh, Senior Assistant, O/o DPI Colleges, submits that the last day of every month is to be taken into consideration for the purpose of retirement and the same has been approved by the Finance Department in view of decision taken in CWP No.154 of 2014. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present writ petition. However, the petitioners are directed to submit its claim to the respondent-State and the respondents are directed to do the necessary exercise within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
