Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.429 dated 14.12.2016 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar.

Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. Learned State counsel brought it to the notice of this Court that trial is already complete and even arguments have been heard by the trial Court.

CRM No.M-9310 of 2018 -2In view of the above facts, no ground is made out for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.

However, learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the case expeditiously.
