ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting-aside the order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the Lower Appellate Court vide which the application filed by the petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was dismissed.

As per the award of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 15.09.2017, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per the settlement, the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- has been paid by first party to the second party and in view of the same, the first party has to withdraw the present revision.

In view the above, the present petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
