(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 of Cr.P.C.) is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR N.57 dated 22.04.2025, registered under Sections 103, 351(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka and to look into the representation dated 23.04.2025, submitted by the petitioner before respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for the redressal of the grievances raised in the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the petitioner files an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court for preserving the CCTV footage of Police Station Bhadaur, District Barnala, from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of 02 weeks, in accordance with law.
