The petitioner has approached this Court for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to ensure the protection of her life and liberty as well as of her minor son from the hands of the private respondents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case, a direction is issued to the concerned official respondent to examine her representation, Annexure P-3.
