*** H.S. Grewal, J. (Oral) The present revision petition has been filed under Section 401, Cr.P.C. 1973 challenging the impugned order dated 19.08.2017 whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the complainant was dismissed by learned Sessions Judge, Mewat.

   

     State, on instructions from IO-Abdul Gaffar, P.S. Nagina, states that all the accused in the present case have been acquitted which has rendered the present petition infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
