Prayer made in the present petition for quashing of order dated 11.02.2011, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for financial upgradation. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to para 3 and 4 of the reply dated 18.11.2014 filed by way of affidavit of Director, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, wherein it has been stated that as per the instructions dated 17.04.2000, 50% of ACRs during the last 5 years were required to be good or above, besides atleast two good reports out of last 3 ACRs, whereas in para 3 thereof, a tabulated chart has been given, showing her service record not being in terms of the aforesaid provision, which justifies the denial of the claim, to which there was no replication filed.
