(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.315 dated 01.10.2012, under Sections 148, 149, 452, 323, 324, 379, 365 and 307 IPC & Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of order dated 06.03.2018, the petitioner has joined the proceedings before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak and submitted the requisite bail bonds along with sureties.
