(ORAL) By way of present petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 01.11.2023 (Annexure P-10) which was passed by Land Acquisition Collector, Nagar Improvement Trust Amritsar-cum-SubDivisional Magistrate, Amritsar-1 under Section 28 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short '1894 Act').
In terms of Section 28A(3) of 1894 Act, specific statutory remedy is available to the petitioner. In such circumstances, it will not be appropriate to entertain the present writ petition.
