Even, counsel for the respondent submits that an amicable settlement to part ways has been reached and the respondent is required to make payment of Rs.16,00,000/-, as full and final amount for separation.

In view of the amicable settlement, so reached between the parties, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
