This order shall dispose of Civil Writ Petition No. 15949 and 15953 of 2021. Learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the issue for consideration, in both the writ petitions, is common and the same can be conveniently disposed of by a common order. 2.

In these writ petitions, filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners pray for issuance of direction to the respondents not to demolish or cause any obstacles in their established DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.08.23 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Writ Petition No. 15949 of 2021 AND Civil Writ Petition No. 15953 of 2021 construction. It has been asserted that the land in question forms part of village Abadi and is within the Lal Dora of village Dhanauri. 3.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, enters appearance for the respondents and submits that only that part of the construction, which has been erected within a few days, has been demolished and with regard to old construction, notices have already been issued.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners are at least entitled to be heard. Mr. Sagar has no objection thereto.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, let the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, plan a visit within a week to the village with prior intimation to the concerned. It is expected that the Deputy Commissioner, after seeing the location and the nature of construction, would pass appropriate orders, if required.
