The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay to the petitioners, recruited as Peon through direct recruitment, full salary in the pay band, with grade pay, all allowances etc. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable them to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioners submit a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously
