P.C.') for quashing impugned complaint dated 02.05.2023 titled "Gejo Devi versus Suman and others" pending before the Court of Learned Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Tohana, District Fatehabad, under Section 97/98 of Cr. P.C., and impugned notice dated 15.05.2023 passed by learned SDM and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner states that he is under instructions not to press the petition as the same has become infructuous. 3.
