***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Status report dated 14.09.2023 has been tendered by learned State counsel in course of hearing, which is taken on record. 2.

Petition herein is under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.89 dated 05.05.2023, registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station, Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 01.06.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Jagga Ram submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 5.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required, and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 01.06.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
