RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.30, dated 05.05.2022, undere Sections 498-A, 406 and 323 IPC, registered at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
