(ORAL) Learned State counsel has made statement that on the request of the petitioner-Renu Bala her husband-Balbir Singh who is a convict in FIR No.796 dated 16.12.1999 under Section 302 IPC read with Section 27 of Arms Act pertains to Police Station City Sirsa was granted three weeks parole from 16.06.2016 to 08.07.2016 and he has already availed of this concession of parole and thus the petition has become infructuous. The present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infurctuous.
